All payments are processed at the time of purchase.

All products are physical items and will be shipped via post.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Orders are normally shipped within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
